On 29 October 2005, Archbishop GIOVAN BATTISTA PICHIERRI concluded the Diocesan phase for the Cause of Beatification and Canonization of the Servant of God, Luisa Piccarreta. The Cause has now been officially transferred to the Vatican for the Roman phase of the beatification process.<\/p>\n

Mons. Paolo Rizzi, the Postulator of the Cause of Canonisation of Luisa Piccarreta, has worked promptly to give a decisive impetus to the Roman phase of the Cause and accelerate the canonical process that is now at a decisive stage.<\/p>\n
